  Placed an order, and put a deposit down on furniture in September received the furniture in March, when I followed up on it at the beginning of November, when I wanted to ensure it would be here for Thanksgiving, I was told probably not until then end of the month, then told December at the end of November, you get the picture, told the end of January and if one piece came in before the rest it would be delivered. That didn't happen. Then the new date was end of February- a for sure date and of course it didn't actually make it until March. At one point the sales person did tell me the material was held up in customs. When it did come in March one pillow was missing- that pillow cost and additional $100 because of upgraded fabric, so I called the store, they told me to call delivery. Why wouldn't they follow up? Service is poor- furniture looks great.

  My experience has been very positive with Fine Design from my first visit into their store. I was moving into a new home and was looking for some one that could help me with my vision. I found the interior design staff very helpful and after a few visits I new what designer I wanted to work with. She couldn't have been more professional in her work and gave me ideas I would have never thought about. Thanks to Fine Design I have a beautiful home!
